USGS 104(b) State Grant Program

Although headquartered at OSU, the Water Center serves the entire state of Oklahoma. We strive to help Oklahoma achieve high levels of water quality and sustainable use of our region’s water through integrated programs of research, education, training, technology assistance, and funding sources.

For 2018:

Full Proposals

  • Only researchers who have been selected by our Water Research Advisory Board should apply for funding through the USGS 104(b) program.
  • View full proposal instructions (here)
  • Required USGS Forms (click here and save in Word format)
  • The complete application packet must be e-mailed to by September 26, 2017.
  • These one-year grants are available for projects addressing Oklahoma water issues.
