Honoring Malinda Berry Fischer

It is with a heavy heart that we share that Malinda Berry Fischer, longtime supporter of Oklahoma Water Resources Center, has passed away.
Malinda’s history with Oklahoma State runs deep, as her grandmother was the second woman to graduate from Oklahoma A&M College in 1898. Malinda followed in her footsteps, graduating from OSU in 1960. Malinda and Dick, her husband, have been incredibly supportive of Oklahoma State – including establishing the Thomas E. Berry Professorship in Water Research and Management to honor her father’s interest in environmental issues. Learn more about the Thomas E. Berry Professorship.
