Nebraska Water Center Undergraduate Student Research Fellowship

As part of its mission to train future water researchers and address water challenges, the Nebraska Water Center is offering a paid Summer 2026 Undergraduate Student Research Fellowship.
The program provides undergraduate students interested in water-related careers with hands-on research experience, including the opportunity to coauthor a publication. Fellows will work with University of Nebraska faculty on research projects, gaining experience in research design, data collection, analysis, and scientific communication.
Full-time undergraduate students at Nebraska colleges or universities, anticipating graduation in 2027 or 2028, and available to work up to 35 hours per week during Summer 2026. Research projects must be completed by August 31, 2026. Positions are paid $16 per hour.
